Real-World Experience

Andrew's career has given him a unique perspective on live events, having worked as a performer, stage manager, tour manager, sound engineer and event production consultant. This breadth of experience allows him to understand events from every angle, helping organisers make informed decisions while ensuring speakers, performers and delegates enjoy a seamless experience.

His background includes 7 years as a Stage Manager with Cunard aboard several ships, including the legendary QE2, where he managed multiple entertainment venues and delivered world-class productions night after night. Since then, he has worked with many of the UK's leading audiovisual companies, supported the BBC's Centenary Schools Tour, toured nationally as Tour Manager and Sound Engineer for Britain's Got Talent winner Jon Courtenay, and worked as Company Stage Manager on UK theatre productions.

Andrew has also managed complex international event projects. One notable assignment saw him brought into a major event in Dubai with just 6 weeks before delivery. Working well beyond technical production, he coordinated speakers, international travel, visas, delegate logistics, hospitality, supplier management and overall event delivery, demonstrating his ability to oversee every aspect of an event from planning through to execution.
